The Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) is seeking a team of consultants that will collectively possess expertise and knowledge in EA/BPR solution to modernize all User Interface (UI), DI, and PFL business program operations and their related systems. The object of the challange is recognizing the variety of roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities required to support new capabilities or service delivery models and establish a program to support staff through changes in process, structure, and expectations.
